  • The organizers deserve the right to amend the program and dates if there are compelling reasons to do that. European Embassies requires a minimum of 30 days to process any conference visa. Early registration and full payments at least 6 weeks prior to first event date is a minimum criterion for any appointment at the Embassy. The organizers wish to make it expressly clear that registration does not guarantee an automatic conference visa.
